As amended, Applicant submits that the cited Prior Pending Application no longer presents a bar to registration. Therefore, Applicant further submits that this application is in proper condition for publication and respectfully requests that the application be forwarded. In the alternative, Applicant requests that the application be suspended and reserves the right to further respond in connection with the Prior Pending Application if this amendment does not satisfy the examiner's refusal in full.
