We checked the Trademark ID Manual and found both “cosmetic treatment” and “cosmetic services” in acceptable identifications without the need to include “skin care”.  Please let us know if you will accept this language.

I am the trademark attorney assigned to the trademark application: 88476013 TEMPSURE.  I have completed my examination and would like to discuss the identification of services.  Specifically, the identification is indefinite and will require additional clarity to identify the exact services provided.  I can propose the following language for an amendment, if accurate (bolded to highlight modifications):
