Dear Mr. Khan,
Good afternoon. I am the trademark examining attorney assigned to review your application SN 88475186, AIRPORTOUR. The application appears to be in good condition; however, before I can approve it for publication, the identification of goods must be amended. There is a period in the identification, and the USPTO does not permit any punctuation other than semi-colons and commas in identifications. I suggest the following, if accurate (proposed amendment in bold):
Class 9: Downloadable mobile applications for providing information about airports, flights, nearby businesses and points of interest using data, location and videos, with the option to leave reviews, make purchases and schedule bookings
If this amendment is acceptable to you, I can make the change in our system via an Examiner’s Amendment, then the application should be ready to approve for publication. Please let me know as soon as possible whether this is acceptable.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
/Melissa S. Winter/
