In the Office Action dated September 5, 2019, the Examining Attorney inquired if the wording in the mark “ISAT” or “ISATPHONE” has (1) any meaning or significance in the trade or industry in which applicant’s goods and/or services are manufactured or provided, (2) any meaning or significance as applied to applicant’s goods and/or services, or (3) if such wording is a term of art within applicant’s industry.  Applicant responds that to its knowledge, the wording in its ISAT and ISATPHONE marks, besides being applicant’s trademarks (see U.S. Reg. No. 4348723 for ISAT), (1) has no meaning or significance in the trade or industry in which applicant’s goods and/or services are manufactured or provided, (2) has no meaning or significance as applied to applicant’s goods and/or services, and (3) are not terms of art within applicant’s industry.
