Nice talking to you just now.  As discussed, I would suggest amending the ID as follows, if correct:

 

               Class 44:  Providing medical diagnostic testing services to dermatologists, surgeons, and oncologists for diagnostic and prognostic purposes for dermatologic cancers, namely genetic expression profiling and gene sequencing; Providing medical information to dermatologists, surgeons, and oncologists regarding the risk of metastasis for diagnostic support purposes thereby effecting changes in patient treatment plans
