Dear Mr. Smola,

 

Actually, “dental imaging devices” are classified in class 10 since it’s a medical apparatus.  So, the applicant would have to add Class 10 or amend to “Non-medical imaging devices for {indicate, e.g., gemstones, roots, etc.}” or some other class 9 device.
