1-The identification of goods must be amended to clarify the indefinite terms “device” and “assembly.”
The proposed identification of goods will read: Converters and converter cables for converting between different signal formats, in Class 9.
2- The word SNAKE is descriptive of snake cables. Therefore, the word SNAKE must be disclaimed.
The disclaimer will read: “No claim is made to the exclusive right to use SNAKE apart from the mark as shown.”
If these modifications are acceptable, please indicate so by reply email and they will be entered by examiner’s amendment. Thank you.
