As stated in Applicant's office action response dated March 1, 2021, Cleats LLC is the owner of U.S. Reg. No. 1,327,086 CHAMP; U.S. Reg. No. 4,547,866 for CHAMP CATALYST; U.S. Reg. No. 3,786,209 for CHAMP SCORPION STINGER; and U.S. Reg. No. 5,166,696 for CHAMP HELIX. These registrations were provided as examples of coexisting registrations for marks that incorporate the CHAMP and are used in connection with goods and services related to golf. The relationship between Cleats LLC and Applicant establish Unity of Control, as set forth in T.M.E.P. Section 1201.07. Thus, Applicant and Cleats LLC are a single source and in the public's mind, the goods sold by Cleats LLC and Applicant emanate from the same company. |
