Applicant respectfully requests that the application for the GENSHIN IMPACT design mark (Serial No. 88470118) be divided to separate the services listed under Class 42 from the goods and services offered in Classes 09 and 41. We request further that 1(b) remain the filing basis for the goods and services identified in Classes 09 and 41, and that the services described under Class 42, comprising, “Computer software design; Consultancy in the design and development of computer hardware; Rental of computer software; Maintenance of computer software; providing search engines for the internet; Web site design consultancy; Software as a Service (SaaS) featuring software for word processing; Information technology consultancy”, utilize the 44(e) filing basis based on the previously-submitted foreign registration covering the same services.

Further, Applicant has filed a Power of Attorney form the morning on January 7, 2022 changing the attorney of record for the mark GENSHIN IMPACT design mark (Serial No. 88470118) to B. Anna McCoy with the law firm McCoy Russell LLP. As the information in the USPTO database has not updated to reflect to change in attorney of record for this mark, Applicant attaches the signed Power of Attorney form as well as the filing receipt from the Change in Representation form.
