ARGUMENT(S)

In the Office Action mailed September 10, 2019 the Examining Attorney requested amendments to the goods and services. Applicant has amended its goods and services as suggested by the Examining Attorney and in accordance with the USPTO’s Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual.

The Examining Attorney also inquired whether Applicant intended to rely on both its expected foreign registration and its bona fide intention to use the mark in U.S. commerce or just one of these bases. Applicant submits that, for now, it intends to rely on both bases. The foreign registration will be provided once available.

Applicant submits that it has responded to all outstanding issues raised in the Office Action. Should the Examining Attorney require any additional information, the Examining Attorney is encouraged to contact Applicant’s U.S. counsel, Stacey R. Halpern, Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, LLP, 2040 Main Street, 14th Floor, Irvine, CA 92614, efiling@knobbe.com.
