I am currently examining the trademark application for the mark MEDICOM.  No conflicting marks were found.  However, before the mark can proceed to publication the ID needs to be amended to comply with office format.  I suggest the following if accurate:

 

Downloadable computer software for storage of data, documents and artifacts related to electronic health records, in International Class 9.

 

I can make this change through examiner’s amendment and then approve the mark for publication.  Promptly let me know if this is acceptable.
