IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR CLASSES 9, 10, AND 42

The identification of goods and services is amended to read as follows: 

Class 9: Downloadable dental software for use with x-rays or dental images; Downloadable dental software for use with imagery devices; Downloadable dental software for practice management; Downloadable computer software and downloadable computer application software accessible on computers for dental practice management namely, for storing, managing, and organizing, business information, patient information, patient records, and other information associated with dental practice management; Dental equipment for practice management namely, Computer Aided Detection (CAD) apparatus comprised of downloadable dental software for use in identifying common pathologies 

Class 10: Dental equipment for practice management namely, dental radiograph imagery apparatus and Computer Aided Detection (CAD) apparatus, specifically computer displays and computer monitors and controllers used in direct association with radiograph imagery apparatus; digital technology and equipment for dental laboratories, dental practices, and dental clinics, namely, dental imagery devices, dental radiology apparatus, dental radiograph imagery apparatus, dental Computer Aided Detection (CAD) apparatus in the nature of digital sensors used for taking digital dental radiographs

Class 42: Software as a services in the field of dentistry for use in identifying common pathologies; dental imagery processing services, namely, providing on-line non-downloadable dental software that uses dental imagery to identify dental pathologies most frequently identified in x-rays or dental images; providing on-line non-downloadable dental software that uses artificial intelligence to identify dental pathologies most frequently identified in x-rays or dental images; providing on-line non-downloadable dental software for use with x-rays or dental images; providing on-line non-downloadable dental software for use with imagery devices; providing on-line non-downloadable dental software for practice management; providing on-line non-downloadable computer software and computer application software accessible on computers for dental practice management namely, for storing, managing, and organizing, business information, patient information, patient records, and other information associated with dental practice management; Dental equipment for practice management namely, Computer Aided Detection (CAD) apparatus comprised of on-line non-downloadable dental software for use in identifying common pathologies
