Subject: Trademark Application SN 88467571, CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE
Dear Ms. Przywara,
Good morning. I am the trademark examining attorney reviewing SN 88467571, CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE and design. The application looks to be in good condition; however, before I can approve it for publication, there is one minor issue to resolve. The wording “COUNTRY STORE” must be disclaimed as descriptive of the provider of applicant’s goods. If applicant agrees to the disclaimer, I can enter it via Examiner’s Amendment and then I should be able to approve the application for publication.
Please let me know as soon as possible whether applicant agrees to the disclaimer, but not later than the close of business on Tuesday, September 10, 2019.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
/Melissa S. Winter/
