Subject: Question Re: US Trademark Application No. 88466638 for RAB
Importance: High

Dear Ms. Plummer,

I am reviewing the referenced application and am happy to report that I found no conflicting marks.  I am writing because there is one issue that I am hoping we may quickly resolve by Examiner’s Amendment.  In this regard, the identification and classification of goods requires clarification because water treatment goods can fall in many classes.    For example, many water purifying apparatuses fall in Class 11. However, diffusers used in machines for wastewater treatment are properly classified in Class 7.

It is noted that applicant’s website calls the goods a “cleaning system.”  Thus, I am wondering if applicant would like to adopt the following identification and classification of goods?

Waste water treatment apparatus, namely, water purification machines, in Class 11.

If that is acceptable, I would be happy to quickly resolve this matter by issuing an Examiner’s Amendment.  Please note that I must take action by Friday.

Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

/Maureen/
