Applicant has firsthand knowledge that the failure to respond to the Office Action by the specified deadline was unintentional, and requests the USPTO to revive the abandoned application.RESPONSE TO OFFICE ACTION

Applicant respectfully disagrees with the Examining Attorney's conclusion. An applicant has the prerogative to select the elements of a trademark that the applicant wishes to protect. Per T.M.E.P Section 807, the main purpose of the drawing is to provide notice of the nature of the mark sought to be registered." Applicant's drawing show the portion of the mark Applicant wishes to protect. The specimen submitted shows Applicant's use of the mark as Applicant wishes to protect. In the alternative, Applicant has submitted a substitute specimen showing agreement with the drawing. has been attached.
