1.       Does the applied-for mark demonstrate product design or product packaging?  No.  The applied-for mark will be used on product packaging, but does not demonstrate what the packaging will look like.

2.       Please describe how the applied-for mark will be used in commerce in relation to the applied-for goods.  The applied-for mark will be used on product packaging.

3.       Please provide a photograph, if available, of the applied-for goods and their packaging.  At this time, there are no current photographs that reflect use of this mark on product packaging.
