Application has been amended as shown below. As agreed to by Lance White on March 5, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below. Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections. TMEP §707. Otherwise, no response is required. Id. In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).
The following description of the mark omitting color replaces the current description of record:
“The mark consists of the stylized letters "ACL" with lines all within a parallelogram that features a thin outline and a stylized figure tossing a cornhole bag at the top.”

The color claim is deleted. 37 C.F.R. §2.52(b)(1); TMEP §807.07(a)(i).
The identification of services for International Class 41 is amended to read as follows:
“Entertainment services in the nature of organizing, conducting, arranging, and operating sports events, namely, cornhole games; Entertainment services in the nature of professional cornhole games broadcast via television, radio, and via a global computer network commercial on-line service; Entertainment services in the nature of organizing, conducting, arranging, and operating sporting activities, namely, cornhole skills competitions and cornhole tournaments; Entertainment services in the nature of live cornhole games and competitions; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, and post-production of multimedia entertainment content featuring cornhole games, competitions, and tournaments.”
