Amendment to Mark Description

The mark consists of the word "FREDDY'S" in red cursive lettering above the words "FROZEN CUSTARD &" in white lettering inside a red banner which extends from beneath the "F" and to the "Y" in the word Freddy's, next to another red banner beneath the letter "S" in Freddy's, above the word STEAKBURGERS" in red lettering. All other instances of white represent transparent background and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
