To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88455594 FLEXPRO(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88455594/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EVIDENCE
Evidence in the nature of The attachments consist of Applicant's Response to Office Action, Declaration of Angela Small Booth and Attachments A-J thereto, and the declaration of Rene Ymzon. These documents are the substantially same as those submitted on March 1, 2020 but rejected due to confusion as to Applicant's Attorney of Record. In the March 1, 2020 Applicant also amended the identification of goods and paid for an additional class. These amendments and the fee appear to have been accepted by the USPTO, but for the purpose of certainty, Applicant hereby ratifies and reiterates the amendments to the identification of goods made on March 30, 2020 and confirms payment of the fee for an additional class of goods. has been attached.
