Good Afternoon Mr. Loeb,

 

Thank you for the call concerning TM application 88451853 BECK/WOODS.  As discussed, under the US Counsel Rule implemented August 3, 2019, applicants must provide their domicile address. Because a domicile address is the permanent legal place of residence of a natural person or the principal place of business of a juristic entity, an address that is “in care of” another party’s address does not qualify as a domicile address.  In addition, I am able to proceed with the agreed to amendment to the identification below, as discussed:

 

               “Film production and directing of motion picture films, other than advertising films; scriptwriting services for non-advertising purposes” in International Class 041.

 

Please provide applicant’s domicile addresses at your earliest convenience.  If you are unable to ascertain them, or have any other issues, please advise and I will be able to issue an Office action for the same.  Thank you for your time concerning this matter.
