Yes, I approve.
Please advise me if there is a specific form required of me to assert that " I apporove."

Good afternoon Mr. Harris,
I am the trademark examining attorney from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office who is handling your trademark application for STONE BLOOD SHILAJIT (Serial No. 88451207). I need to make a couple of small amendments to the application in order to move it forward.
1) I need to amend the identification to read as follows:
· International Class 5: Mineral supplements containing shilajit
2) I need to add the following disclaimer statement to the record:
No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “SHILAJIT” apart from the mark as shown.
The word “SHILAJIT” will still be part of your mark; this is just a statement that you would allow others who sell shilajit supplements to use the term to describe their goods.
If these amendments are acceptable, I’ll issue an Examiner’s Amendment and conduct my final review before approving the mark for publication. Please let me know by Friday, August 23. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me.
Thanks and best regards,
Marynelle
