The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.

The format of the mark description is amended for printing purposes, as shown below, pursuant to TMEP §707.02(6):

“The mark consists of the letters SP and the words SWEET PETALS. The letter S is above the letter P and both are in stylized form within a decorative square. The words SWEET PETALS are in upper case letters and to the right of the letters SP.”
