For these applications, the dates of use for the added class(es) needed to be included in the response.  However, if the dates of use are the same for the additional class as those listed in the application as filed, I can enter them by examiner’s amendment.   A supporting affidavit or declaration is not necessary if the dates of use in the original application apply to all classes. 

 

Therefore, if the dates of use for the Class 9 goods is 09/01/2018, I am happy to enter an examiner’s amendment, with your authorization.
