Thank you for your below communication. I am happy to go ahead and process the examiner’s amendments for the following marks: ACTIVEPOUCH, EMBOLISTOP, OBESITYSTOP, OVUMCONTROL, and STOMACONTROL. That said, as noted in the Office Action in connection with the trademark application for FERTILITYINVIVO (Serial No. 88224535 and Your Ref. A339-84), there was a requirement for information regarding the significance of the wording in the mark. With that in mind, if you prefer to formally respond to this action rather than proceed with an Examiner’s Amendment, I am amenable to that course of action as well.
