stating "Trade Mark 994532 assigned to VEC LIMITED" dated 31 May 2019. Applicant VEC LIMITED has therefore properly identified the UK application as its first filing for the mark VAPO. Applicant
respectfully requests that the Letter of Protest be withdrawn, as being inaccurate, and that this application be approved for publication without further delay. |
