Application serial no. 88429640 RE:UNITE (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88429640/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In response to the Office Action of August 7, 2019, Applicant respectfully submits herewith a Letter of Consent, signed by both the Applicant of U.S. Serial No. 88429640 for the mark RE:UNITE (stylized) and by Applicant of the cited mark, U.S. Serial No. 88260567 for the mark REUNITED. In the sound business judgment of both Applicant and Debra Wasser, they do not believe that there is a likelihood of confusion between the subject mark and the Cited Mark. Applicant submits herewith Debra Wasser's agreement consenting to Applicant's use and registration of the mark in the subject Application. The consent agreement is signed by both Applicant and Debra Wasser and states the reasons why there is no likelihood of confusion as to source, origin or affiliation from the concurrent use of the respective marks. Accordingly, in view of the Letter of Consent, Applicant respectfully requests that its application be approved for publication. Respectfully submitted, Charles F.
