Subject: SNs. 88428331 and 88428346
Mr. Im:
I have examined Applications SNs. 88428331 and 88428346, and they look pretty good. However, the descriptions of the marks require amendment in each application. Accordingly, I suggest the following amendments:
SN. 88428331: The mark consists of an oblong below a circle non-concentrically within another circle. To the right of all the foregoing is the stylized wording “POWER1”.
SN. 88428346: The mark consists of an oblong below a circle non-concentrically within another circle.
If you approve of the amendments, I can take care of them on my end via examiner’s amendments to expedite the prosecution of the applications.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss these issues. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Josh
