In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

We will be amending the application as under "intent to use" under Section 1(b) to show the mark to function as a Service mark. Amending to "intent to use" under Section 1(b) shall also overcome the refusal on basis of the mark differing on drawing and specimen of use.
