USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found. The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.
Application has been amended as shown below. As agreed to by Jim Salter on March 23, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below. Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections. TMEP §707. Otherwise, no response is required. Id. Amendment – Identification of Goods and Services – International Classes 09, 12 and 39:
The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:
Class 09: “Recorded and downloadable software and electronic computer hardware for cloud system vehicle network access for autonomous vehicles; Parts for autonomous land vehicles, self-driving land vehicles, driverless land vehicles, and driver-assisted land vehicles, namely, cloud system vehicle network access systems for autonomous land vehicles, the systems comprised of simulated sensor subsystems, data processors, and programmable logic controllers for simulated automated control of autonomous land vehicles”
Class 12: “Parts for autonomous land vehicles, self-driving land vehicles, driverless land vehicles, and driver-assisted land vehicles, namely, cloud system vehicle network access systems for autonomous land vehicles consisting of structural land vehicle mounts for sensors and controllers”
Class 39: “Transportation and delivery services using autonomous vehicles, self-driving vehicles, driverless vehicles, and driver-assisted vehicles; transportation and delivery services using autonomous vehicle simulation systems”
