Subject: RE: Trademark Application for COOPERINSIGHTS (Serial No. 88425443)
Examiner Chadab:
Thank you for your call and email.
Is it possible to amend “text” to “medical texts”? “Scientific texts” appears to be permissible according to the ID Manual; “medical texts” is comparable and more accurate for the applicant’s services.
The recitation in its entirety would read:
Class 41: Providing a website featuring clinical education resources, namely, non-downloadable videos, audio and non-downloadable electronic publications in the nature of written articles and medical texts in the fields of gynecology, obstetrics, fertility, and genomics
If this is acceptable, please issue an Examiner’s Amendment.
Regards,
Gregory N. Owen
