Thank you for clarifying your request. Per TMEP §505.01, please file the request to change the ownership information online using the Trademark Electronic Application System ("TEAS"), available on the USPTO website at http://www.gov.uspto.report/trademarks/teas/. This may be done when applicant files its response to the Office actions previously issued. A legal instruments examiner would then input the new ownership information and I would review it together with the rest of applicant’s response.

Thank you for your reply. The change of owner was recorded (as per the copy of the recordation we sent--see enclosed). The USPTO database though did not auto-update, and will not auto-update because the change of owner through division of an LLC is not of a type that the USPTO system permits to be auto-updated. TMEP Section 505.01 says to contact the Examining Attorney and request the update. Would you be able to then assist us with the update?

I have looked at the prosecution history for all the referenced applications and they are all awaiting a response from applicant, so we are not yet at the stage of issuing certificates of registration.
