Dear Ms. Holman,
I am unaware of applicant’s having problems entering dates of use in a response. You were able to enter dates of use in your latest response. If you are encountering a technical issue, please email TEAS@uspto.gov and include the following with your message:
•Your name
•Telephone number
•Application serial number or registration number
•A description of your issue, including the name of the TEAS form you are having problems with (e.g., Response to Office Action Form, Request for Extension of Time to File a Statement of Use, etc.)
•A screen shot of any error message you are receiving.
Regards,
Christopher Buongiorno

Dear Mr. Buongiorno,
With respect to the most recent Office Action, the dates of first use (in 2018, showing first use prior to the application date) were in the system at the time of substitute specimen submission. The last office action indicated, in our understanding, that there were no dates entered - which seemed odd. When we logged in to review - we could see the dates (2018) but assumed there was something wrong with them. In order to move the process forward, we indicated new dates - but were unsure as to how best to do so. These dates seem to have caused this most recent office action.
We apologize for lack of understanding of this process. What is the best way for us to move forward? Can we go back into the system and re-indicate the original dates of first use as they are both accurate and meet the requirements?
Thank you for your assistance,
Sarah
