FORM INFORMATION

I, Caressa McCoy, owner of the pending trademark serial no. 88422010, am requesting that the second specimen be deleted/withdrawn. The specimen in question is the description "A gold box with triangle/pyramid image". In this specimen, it is displaying a conversation between my manufacturer and I in the background. I am giving the company instructions to make the coverage of my makeup heavier, and I believe that this dialogue is a private matter. Additionally, the image also displays the first and last names of the company's other customers, which may inadvertently be a violation of both the company's and customers' privacy. 

The signatory has confirmed that he/she is not represented by either an authorized attorney or Canadian attorney/agent, and that he/she is either: (1) the petitioner; or (2) a person(s) with legal authority to bind the petitioner; and if an authorized U.S. attorney or Canadian attorney/agent previously represented him/her in this matter, either he/she has filed a signed revocation of power of attorney with the USPTO or the USPTO has granted the request of his/her prior representative to withdraw.
