Applicant has firsthand knowledge that the failure to respond to the Office Action by the specified deadline was unintentional, and requests the USPTO to revive the abandoned application.RESPONSE TO OFFICE ACTION

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant disagrees that there is any conflict between the applied-for mark CONVERSATIONAL AI AGENT and the cited mark CONVERSAGENT. Both marks are somewhat descriptive/suggestive and as such should be given narrow protection. The cited mark is one word, whereas Applicant's is 3 separate and distinct words. Applicant's mark contains a total of 9 syllables when sounded out, whereas the cited mark is only 5 syllables. The marks look and sound different enough as to avoid any potential consumer confusion. Given the descriptive nature of the marks, Applicant is revising its mark onto the supplemental register.
