I hope you are well.  This is in connection with our client Sonifi Solutions’ pending applications for SORA in Classes 9, 37 and 41 identified above.  We have reviewed the Office Action for each, and it appears the only issues relate to the goods/services identifications.  We are hoping to resolve the identification issues via Examiner’s Amendment if you are amenable.  To that end, we would propose the following amendments:

 

Class 9 (US Serial No. 88414810):

·         Applicant agrees to insert “downloadable” before computer software as requested:  Interoperable communication system designed to provide radio, streaming video, wireless internet, and VOIP phone; downloadable computer software for accessing and transmitting data and content among consumer electronics devices and displays, in Class 9.
