INTRODUCTION
This Suspension Notice is in response to applicant's communication with the trademark examining attorney on March 17, 2021.
On January 13, 2020, action on this application was suspended pending the disposition of Opposition No. 91249070. The opposition has been dismissed. The prior-filed application that was the subject of the proceeding, Application Serial No. 88322719, remains live. Accordingly, examination is herein resumed, and this application is now re-suspended for the reasons outlined below.
