            This is in response to the office action dated July 17, 2019.

REMARKS

            The examining attorney requires that the goods be amended.  It is submitted that the goods, as amended, are now properly identified and classified.

            Applicant herewith submits a signed declaration in support of the application.

            In view of the foregoing, it is submitted that Applicant's mark is now in condition for publication and an early notice to that effect is requested.
