Dear Carolyn,

 

The attached PDF document is the document that I have submitted to the as evidence that the mark is in use on two separate occasions.  On both occasions, extraneous lines appear in the corner of the second page after the document is uploaded into the USPTO’s system that do not appear in the original, attached document.  The same document that I have submitted to the USPTO is attached to this email and you confirmed that you do not see any lines in the corners of the second page.  There appears to be a technical glitch on the part of the USPTO’s software that is adding lines extraneous lines appear in the corners of the second page and it does not appear that resubmitting to the USPTO’s system the document will make a difference given that the lines have appeared both times the document has been submitted.  Accordingly, please accept the attachment as the true copy of the downloadable publication that was submitted as evidence of use for Class 9 for US Appln No. 88410044 (UNDERCONSTRUCTION).
