Applicant hereby submits one(or more) specimen(s) for Class 018 . The specimen(s) submitted consists of Attached are pictures of a handbag and a book bag that contains the Southeastern Institute design mark for sale at the bookstore, as evidence of use in commerce. There are multiple photographs of each item to illustrate that the mark has not been digitally added or modified in any way. There are also photographs taken close up to the logo to illustrate that the logo has not been digitally added or modified in any way. The photographs taken are substitute specimens that was in actual use in commerce at least as early as the filing date of the application and shows that the proper use of the trademark for each international class is identified in the application alleged to use. .
