In response to the examining attorney's information request, applicant submits a screenshot of applicant's website showing the mark used on the goods; and an advertising material showing photograph of various goods bearing the mark. In response to the specific questions asked, applicant submits that applicant's goods are provided in 25ml volume, which is not intended to be in miniature form. To the best of Applicant's knowledge, no competitor uses MINI to advertise similar goods. MINI in applicant's mark is an acronym for "Make It New & Incredible." Other than the meaning already provided, the term MINI has no other intended significance when used in connection with the goods.
