The Examining Attorney has suspended the Application on the basis of a likelihood of confusion with Application No. 88290197. Applicant has entered a coexistence agreement with that applicant, which is submitted with this Response. On the basis of the content of that agreement, Applicant respectfully submits that that the suspension should be removed and the application approved for publication.
