Dear Ms. Fionda,

Thank you for your message from the other day regarding the SUPERLINE application (Ser. No. 88387440) and I apologize for my delay in getting back to you.  Thank you also for catching the filing basis discrepancy in the office action response.  Our client’s intention is to rely only on 44d/1b.  The 44e intent to perfect option was likely the result of the default selection in the office action response form.  If you could correct it such that we are proceeding on 44d/1b and that no suspension will issue, I would appreciate it.
