In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant submits a substitute specimen from its website that contains the following terminology directly from the description of services: software, SaaS, revenue cycle and workflow automation.  As Applicant has applied to register the mark with "Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for healthcare revenue cycle workflow automation," Applicant submits that the substitute specimen clearly shows a connection between Applicant's mark and services and requests acceptance of the Statement of Use.
