Response to Office Action

To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88384202 MIRA (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88384202/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant owns cited Registration Nos. 2001795 and 2369505. The registrations were inadvertently left out of the Owner Name Change Assignment filed on June 13, 2019 and recorded on Reel/Frame 6669/0219.  The Applicant is and always has been the owner of Registration Nos. 2001795 and 2369505 as noted on the attached Name Change Assignment filed on July 9, 2019  and recorded on Reel/Frame 6691/0960. Therefore, Applicant respectfully request the 2(d) Likelihood of Confusion Refusal be removed.  The corresponding Canadian Application No. 1955141 has not registered. Therefore, Applicant requests the application be suspended until the foreign registration is available.
