Identification of Services

The identification of services in International Class 35 is amended to read as follows: 

Wholesale distributorships featuring distribution of apparel hangers and accessories therefor and mannequins and accessories therefor

Based on applicant’s response on July 24, 2019 and the amendments herein, the following requirements are satisfied: Unsigned Application, Identification of Goods, and Multiple-Class Application Requirements. See TMEP §707.03. The following requirement is maintained and continued: Foreign Registration Certificate Required. See id.
