Hi Ashley,
One more question, my senior attorney pointed out that “GRAMMATICA” means “Grammar” in Italian (http://www.collinsdictionary.com/us/dictionary/italian-english/grammatica). Even in cases where the applicant does not intend the word to be a foreign term we require a translation statement. Please let me know if you agree to the following being added to the record:
The English translation of “GRAMMATICA” is grammar.

Identification of Goods: Some of the wording in the identification of goods for these marks is unclear and must be clarified before the application can proceed. Please let me know if you agree to let the following amended descriptions being added to the record:
For Personix, 88380866:
Class 42: platform as a service (PAAS) featuring computer software platforms for facilitating patient communication and analysis on several metrics including pain, recovery, and satisfaction scores
For Symbolix 88380864 and Grammatica 88380862:
platform as a service (PAAS) featuring computer software platforms incorporating algorithms for use in analyzing patient responses, response analytic services, and maintaining, storing, and analyzing metadata collected from patients
