In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant Slate Craft Goods, LLC responds herein to the Examiner's Final Office Action dated 9/23/19 which maintains the issue of "likelihood of confusion". Likelihood of Confusion Petition to Cancel Reg. No. 4,785,308 Applicant has filed a Petition to Cancel with the Trademark Trial Appeal Board ("TTAB") requesting that the cited Registration No. 4,785,308 should be cancelled on the grounds of abandonment and that request was granted by the TTAB on February 18, 2020. Attached is a copy of the Notice from the TTAB confirming that Reg. No. 4,785,308 is now cancelled for the easy reference and convenience of the examiner. *********************************************************** In view of the above and attached notice of cancellation, Applicant respectfully requests that the Examining Attorney withdraw her refusal of registration and approve this application for SLATE for publication.
