Kim,
That would be great. Mix up on my end regarding the disclaimer, and I appreciate you being willing to fix it.
Thanks,
Eric

United States Trademark Application Serial No. 88377291 — “SUNDAY SCHOOL”
Dear Mr. Beach,
I am the Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examining your above-referenced trademark application. After receiving and considering your response, I think that the mark can proceed with a disclaimer of “SCHOOL”. However, in your response, you disclaimed “SUNDAY”. With your permission, I can amend the disclaimer statement to “No claim is made to the exclusive right to use ‘SCHOOL’ apart from the mark as shown.” Then, I can approve the mark to proceed.
Please feel free to call or email me to discuss these issues further. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Kim Ray
