Subject: RE: EXPLORERS WANTED (U.S. Ser. No. 88/375,761)
Dear Mr. Laughter:
Generally, action is taken within 30 days of filing your response (7 days to process, and 21 days for examiner to review). However, I just looked at the file and for some reason the amendment registered as adding Section 1(b) basis, but not deleting Section 1(a) basis.
I can make the correction to delete the Section 1(a) basis and will approve the case for publication today.
Should you have any questions, please let me know.

Subject: EXPLORERS WANTED (U.S. Ser. No. 88/375,761)
John,
Good afternoon. I’m just checking to obtain a timeline as to when the filing basis of our EXPLORERS WANTED (U.S. Ser. No. 88/375,761) application will update. We filed a response on July 9, 2019 changing the basis from 1(a) to 1(b). TESS shows the Amendment and Mail Process Complete as of July 18, 2019, but the filing basis has not changed in the system.
Appreciate any insight you may provide.
Thank you,
Justin
