I am the examining attorney for BLACK BY PRIVÉ REVAUX U.S. Trademark Application No. 88373169 and LA VITA BY PRIVÉ REVAUX No. 88373239. There is one issue remaining with the applications which I believe be resolved via an examiner’s amendment.

 

The word “REVAUX” must be clarified as to whether this word has no meaning or meaning in a foreign language. The following is suggested:

 

 

               The wording “REVAUX” has no meaning in a foreign language.
